5 lessons I learned from my DOG FLEXš¾š¶ 1ļøā£ LIVE in the moment. Sometimes Iām lost in my thoughts and mentally somewhere else that I completely miss whatās in front of me. He isnāt thinking about tomorrow, he listens to his main needs at the moment. 2ļøā£ LOVE unconditionally. Itās easy to take relationships for granted. But this one teaches me to love with my HEART and not my EGO. He greets me at the door with a happy tail and lots of love. At that moment Iām reminded I gotta pay this type of greeting forward to the ones I love. 3ļøā£ SELFLESSNESS. Yep, that means getting over myself. I enjoy taking care of my needs, but without making compromises and thinking about others on a regular basis, I can start to migrate to more time on the selfish side of the spectrum. Learning how to balance the needs of someone else and myself. š HUMAN MOMS you are the real MVPs šš» 4ļøā£ Donāt hold GRUDGES. He doesnāt care if I miss a walk or feed him breakfast late. He doesnāt hold it against me. I can squeak a toy and we move on. Leave the past in the past. 5ļøā£ GRATITUDE. I could buy this dog the coolest toys and the biggest bones, but at the end of the day he doesnāt care he has everything he really needsā love, shelter, food, and water. Iāve concluded this is why he destroys all his toys š šš»SHARE below what youāve learned from your pup!
