⏰ Unfortunately some of us are waiting for the “right time” ⏰ Everyone wants to wait until _______ to start working towards their goals “Till the kids go back to school” “Till vacation is over” “Till Monday” The harsh truth is life doesn’t slow down and we are constantly going to encounter hiccups, events, social situations. Quit using convenience as a deal breaker ❗️Health is NOT a light switch that you can turn “on” and “off” — its more like a “dimmer” Sometimes it will be bright, sometimes it’ll be dim, sometimes it’ll be more, and sometimes it’ll be less. ✅ It’s okay to be in the “middle” and not “on” or “off” ✅ It’s like going through school and only allowing yourself to get an “A” or a “F” ✅ Fat loss is the perfect example of delayed gratification. You have to keep putting work despite how far you’ve progressed
