Be a nutrition agnostic.

As a nutrition coach I really don’t belong to any “diet camp.” Each client’s diversity extends from body type, dietary preferences, nutritional knowledge, and people’s time. A good nutrition coach means being a nutritional agnostic—open to evaluating. What’s most important isn’t just what you are eating, but your individual physiological and psychological needs. So, the best diet for you to follow is —the one that’s best for you. Instead of a diet philosophy, I prefer a personal coaching process. One you can follow on your worst and best day. And that takes into account your family, life demands, stress, work situation, cooking experience, and so on. If your working with a coach who tells you that you have to eat a very specific way to succeed, well you may want to rethink the relationship. Cause habit based coaching is better than diet based coaching. Stay sustainable 🍔
