🗣I’m UP 3lbs this WEEK, down 2lbs last week ✅ This process isn’t linear and the scale isn’t your only indicator of progress. Stop finding reasons to throw in the towel. 🗣I don’t want to track. Can’t you just tell me what to eat? The stricter the better. ✅ Meal plans/structure are not sustainable over the long term... this is typically why most people can’t sustain this set up. I would be setting you up in a position to fail. The more aggressive the approach; the worse the rebound because it’s not sustainable. This is why your gaining and losing the same 10lbs every few months. ✅ A sustainable approach is one you can follow when sh#?! hits the fan. This means you know how to make decisions when you don’t have meals prepped. ✅ My ONLY goal as a coach is to teach you how to make sound decisions not just on eating, but STACKING HABITS to put you in a position to succeed.

If you want a meal plan. Google it. Let me know how well Google holds you accountable.
