Create the "moment"

You will find your productivity level doesn't always have to match your energy level. But it does always coincide with your vitality level. If your day is structured and organized it makes it easier to be productive even if you're not in top form.

Habit takes over.

But if you're low on energy, and your food isn't pre-pared, your groceries aren't done, your laundry is piled up and your sleep goes from staying up late, to getting up early--then you are just living in chaos.

And that will reflect in your lack of productivity.

It will just seem like way too much work "right now" to work on yourself and your other goals, like weight-loss or physique enhancement. One of the best ways to increase your energy is to organize your daily and weekly chores. It's silly to be waiting for the perfect moment to be productive or to follow the productive process.

YOU create those moments and those moments are actually "all the time."

Set yourself your success team and let's have a productive week!
