“But fruit spikes insulin” No, the over-consumption of calories is more likely to be the cause of any fat gain or lack of fat loss Too many diet gurus/coaches falsely label foods as bad and off-limits, whereas these claims simply aren’t backed up by scientific evidence and are adding to the negative relationship that dieters can easily associate with foods. Fruit is not the evil kids It offers great vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. 2-3 servings of fruit a day certainly isn’t going to do you any harm, but it’s very easy to accidentally push your daily caloric intake up by adding too much in a shake, so make sure you account for it ☝🏻🍌 My two favorites are bananas and watermelon 🍉🍌, how about you guys?
