👀Don’t let your excitement BLIND your common sense 🗣We’ve got self proclaimed gurus giving terrible nutrition advice and folks with no experience as trainers or coaches building a huge social media following, then using that to sell online training and weight loss supplements 🙄 🗣Keep in mind nothing replaces a decade of experience in actual training. At the very least look for an experienced track record along with reputable education. 🗣 And most importantly before you buy the hype ask yourself: “Would a Kardashian do this?” If the answer is yes you probably shouldn’t do it. 💡Don’t let flash dominate substance 📚And if you are seeking entering the fitness industry get bodies in front of you, produce results, care about your clients and their complexities, continue educating yourself, practice what you preach, and be ready to put forth a work ethic you can’t imagine because mastery isn’t going to come with passing your next certification or having the best ass on Instagram ☝🏻
