The scale might be ⬆️ BUT progress photos tell a better story 📕 ✅ Take your photos at the same time of day each week against a neutral or white wall ✅ Take them in the same outfit and poses to ensure quality of variance ✅ I discourage selfies for client tracking as much as possible. Use a Bluetooth remote ($8 on Amazon) so you can hold the remote in hand, prop up your phone, and click away. This ensures your body is centered in the frame and is a full body shot. Aim for front, side, back
✅ Natural lighting is best OR use the unforgiving flash ✅ Weekly or bi weekly work great to track progress ✅ Great apps to use to date and track are Pic Stitch or Live Collage ⚠️Fat loss isn’t in any particular order, which means you can’t pick which part you lose from first ⚠️Progress photos are not intended to make you feel bad about yourself. They are intended to keep you motivated and show you the state of the state. We all progress differently. ⚠️Scales are barometers and they change day to day this is why we track the average for the week vs having you weigh once a week 📈 And if your feeling yourself when the scale goes up, but your abs look good... well capture it and put it on IG
