Top 10 Fat Loss Hacks

✔️If you’re unhappy with your weight, or your body, for whatever reason, that’s your problem


✔️If you are a snowflake, you may have found this offensive (but you are in this group---so I can't imagine you even have feelings) The sooner you accept this, the sooner you’re going to start making progress.


✔️You can read all the “TOP 10 FAT LOSS HACKS YOU AREN’T DOING” articles you want – but until you realize that change depends on you getting off your ass and doing something, nothing’s going to happen because your fat loss is down to you actually wanting to make a change.


😳😭Did I hurt your feelings? No, coach you did not because I do not have feelings remember.

✅ Here’s what nobody tells you about motivation: the more you look for motivation, the less motivated you become – because you don’t do anything.

✅ Action begets motivation.

✅ And unless you – yes, you – don’t start taking the steps toward making a positive change, no other person or thing can help. If this isn’t what you want to hear, then feel free to close this page and go back to living in denial.


Today's lesson: Calm down and be patient. You didn't get out of shape in a week, you're not getting in shape in a week. The people who have this “fast fat loss” mentality are also the ones who tend to gain it back after the diet ends, or quit entirely after a few weeks. Not because aggressive dieting doesn’t work, but because this mentality encourages the use of fad diets that, a) won’t be sustainable in the long-term, and b) doesn’t help you build the habits that allow you to maintain the loss in the long run.


🗝 This brings me into Habit #2 folks: CONSUME ADEQUATE PROTEIN & TRACK IT. 1g/lb of DESIRED body weight is your first start.

🗝 If you’re wanting to lose fat and change the look of your physique, the hierarchy is as follows: 1️⃣ Nutrition 2️⃣ Strength Training 3️⃣ Compliance 4️⃣ More compliance 5️⃣ Cardio

🗣BUT why are you so against cardio coach Nat? 🗣Because the reality is the first three aren't even line for you to explore cardio.
