How you do the small things translates into how you do EVERYTHING.
As we roll into Monday, you can start off your week with lots of momentum, by starting your efforts with the small things.
You have an appointment at 10am. Do you arrive a few minutes early? Or are you typically a few minutes late?
Or how about that shopping cart in the parking lot. Do you return it to the cart station regardless of how far you need to take it? Or do you leave it on the curb?
You have 25 minutes of cardio in your training program program. Do you crush all 25 minutes? Or do you find yourself cutting time short?
How about the inside of your car? Lots of leftover trash? Or do you keep it clean?
Have you wondered why you are not reaching your goals?
You need to start to look at how you do all the little things in your life.
Are you one that typically looks for the short cut? Or find yourself procrastinating?
Or do you not only do what you say you are going to do, you also do it with excellence.
It really is true- how you do anything, is how you do everything.
Take a minute to review the past week in your life. Where could you stand to improve?
