š¬ Over the years I've noticed clients who live in extremes.... ā They are all in "STRICT" and and then find themselves "BINGING" and essentially never developing a healthy relationship with food ā I've watched some clients completely derail progress because they felt they "deserved" to have pizza and drinks š¬ We have two parts to this dilemma: š¬ Your day to day nutritional program shouldn't be so stringent that you have no room to enjoy foods and feel completely restricted . šYou may not be ready to reconfigure your approach to the nutrition aspect of your program š¶ The second aspect is that you are not a DOG to continue "rewarding" yourself with FOOD ā Treat yourself with a new pair of socks, workout apparel, shaker bottle ---essentially anything that is going to bring you closer to your goals
