Zucchini Lasagna

INGREDIENTS

  • 4-5 Large Zucchini

  • 2lbs Ground Sirloin (Grass Fed)

  • 2 cans of 15oz Diced Tomatoes

  • 6oz Tomato Taste

  • 1 yellow onion (chopped)

  • 1 Tablespoons of Oregano, Basil

  • 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon of Onion Powder


DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown meat with oregano, garlic/onion powder, yellow onion

  2. For the zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch circles to act as noodles

  3. Layer zucchini in 11×9 pan and meat in the middle and then top with zucchini

  4. Cook 350 degrees for 30 mins
